Religion

There are a number of pantheons and deities worshiped in and around Lune. Some deities are worshiped by multiple cultures/races under different names, while others are worshiped only by small cults or sects in remote locales in the region. This listing encompasses the more commonly known deities and demigods, organized by the races who worship them.

  • The Lower Waning Moons – The seven smaller moons, when they’re waning in the night sky
  • The Lower Waxing Moons – The seven smaller moons, when they’re waxing in the night sky
  • The Moon Twins – The two twin moons that orbit the Great Moon, rather than the world

Mudscale

  • The Deep One – A slumbering sea deity, down below the currents of the ocean
  • Hak and Slass – Siamese twin sea serpents, said to be the size of the isle of Lune

Stonescale

  • The Slumber Titan – A slumbering titan, deep below the Saltcliffe mountains, in the heart of the world
  • Kryss the Fanged Maw – A landwyrm with a maw the size of a mountain, larger than the rest of the beast’s body

Genasi

  • The Deep One – A slumbering sea deity, down below the currents of the ocean

Note: Darfellan tend to not worship deities. Whether this is because their religion has been forgotten as part of their enslavement or not is unknown. Those that do worship deities, tend to follow the religion of their Regi owners. Drifters tend to worship either the Dwarven or Regi pantheons, depending on which side of their family they favored as a child. Genasi have adopted the Regi pantheon in addition to their own over the years.
